there is an issue with the materials

there is an issue with the materials. The design print on one of the panels was done on the wrong side (they printed it on the back side instead of the front).

I have tried contacting them multiple times but got no reply. This was meant to be a gift so im disappointed. I understand mistakes in manufacturing can happen, but i paid for the product so i should get a replacement panel.

It's perfect

I was scared to buy it so did COD, the packaging was good and all small detailed items were there, enjoyed assembling with my brother,it requires patience,it's not fake,i am looking forward to buy onsen and sakura theme booknook , please restock it :)
